Privacy and Personal Data Processing "3PMETRICS User Agreement" Disclosure Text

Dear User,

As "Data Controller" 3PMETRICS (3pmetrics Sustainability and Technology Inc.), we attach importance to the security of your personal data and the privacy of your private life. This Personal Data Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data and your rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Therefore, please read this Disclosure Text carefully.

Personal data obtained within the framework of the principle of respect for the privacy of private life and fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" as it will be referred to). Processing; It is defined as the operations of recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available and classifying personal data in Article 3 of the KVKK.

Personal Data Processed by 3pmetrics and Method of Collecting This Data

Your name, surname, phone number, email address that you declare when registering to our system in order to benefit from the services provided by 3PMETRICS, either personally or on behalf of your employer within the workplace you work for, on behalf of your client in consultancy, or on behalf of your business partner in business partnership, your email correspondence with us, your conversations with us in any way, your access records to our software and system are recorded and used by us.

As 3PMETRICS, we collect your personal data from you verbally, physically or electronically, including physical forms, our website, our software platform, physical forms, phone, fax, email, SMS, business cards, mail, cargo or courier services and other physical and electronic environments in order to fulfill our legal obligations and for the reasons specified in the law.

Recording of Personal Data and Areas of Use

Your personal data will be processed by 3PMETRICS for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

  • Providing products or services, making platform and software registrations of customers, using products or services by you, planning before and after sales or service processes, planning and execution of technical support operation processes, ensuring communication continuity in the execution of services such as infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, installation of the service being provided.
  • Increasing our service quality and developing, updating our services, increasing user experience.
  • Detection and regulation of errors in our Service and Software.
  • Informing and/or training about the service and software upon the request of our customers.
  • Getting approval from the person who performs/performs the transaction and confirming identity information in all transactions that pose a risk.
  • Providing remote support electronically when the customer or user encounters any problem in the system.
  • Providing information when requested by judicial and administrative authorities
  • Creating customer or user risk analysis, ensuring security audits.

To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data Will Be Transferred

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of the applications we use to perform certain activities. These are as follows:

  • To authorized public institutions and organizations in terms of fulfilling our legal obligation and requesting information within the scope of requests and audits from judicial or administrative authorities and taking necessary legal actions in possible disputes,
  • It may be transferred to legally authorized real or private law legal entities in terms of fulfilling our legal obligation and requesting information within the scope of requests and audits from judicial or administrative authorities and taking necessary legal actions in possible disputes.

Rights of Personal Data Subject within the Scope of KVKK No. 6698

You have the right to apply regarding your personal data for the following purposes in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK.

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction if personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly.
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing disappear, even though they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred.
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems.
  • Requesting compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Requests you submit to 3pmetrics in this context will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. On the other hand, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested from the applicant.
